Placing an Order

Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.

Either register on the site or login using the links in the top right of the screen. You can then browse through our product catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy, select the quantity and add to the basket. After you have finished selecting, click on “Check Out” at the top right of the screen to continue. You will then be asked a few details that are required to satisfy your order. 

We accept Visa (including electron), MasterCard, Delta and JCB cards. We are now accepting Maestro (previously called Switch) that provides the extra 3D secure facility. We only deliver to the UK and Europe. Orders from outside the delivery area may be possible by special arrangement, so please email if you would like to know if we can deliver to your region or country. 

All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions. 

The “Confirmation” stage sets out the final details of your order. Please note that this stage is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Doves Farm Foods. Following this, we will send you an acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. 

Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to our “Returns and Refunds” policy). 

Once Doves Farm has dispatched the order an email will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
