Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse through our product catalogue, click on any items that you wish to buy, select the quantity and add to the basket. After you have finished selecting, click on “Check Out” at the top right of the screen to continue. You will then be asked a few details that are required to satify your order.
We accept Visa (including electron), Mastercard, Delta, JCB and Solo cards. We are now accepting Maestro (previously called Switch) that provides the extra 3D secure facility. We deliver within the UK and Europe. Orders from outside the UK and Europe may be possible by special arrangement, so please email if you would like to know if we can deliver to your region or country.
All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The “Confirmation” stage sets out the final details of your order. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Doves Farm Foods. Following this, we will send you an acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered.
Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to our “Returns and Refunds” policy).
We do not file details of your order for you to track or subsequently access direct on this website, and therefore, please print out these terms and conditions and the order acknowledgement for your own records.
This website is only for delivery of products to customers within the UK and Europe.
Free delivery for all mainland UK orders over £30 and under 30kg, unless otherwise stated.
UK orders below £30 carry a delivery charge according to the value and weight of the goods.

Saturday delivery options
If you chose a Saturday delivery the parcel will be deliverred the next Saturday from dispatch of the order. The cost for a Saturday delivery is £12 per parcel.
Delivery before 12:00 noon
This delivery option is deliverered to the delivery address before 12:00 noon. The cost is £7.
Delivery to The Highlands & Islands of Scotland The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly, The Channel Islands and Northern Ireland
There will be a charge per parcel of £13.00 to deliver to the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, The Isle of Man, The Isles of Scilly, The Channel Islands and £10 for Northern Ireland.
To track your order find your tracking code in your account, then follow the link to the Parcelforce website to track parcel.
We aim to dispatch your order within 2 working days however please allow 5 working days for arrival. Deliveries are sent with a carrier on a "before close of work" basis which means that your order should generally arrive with you before 5.30pm on the day we have indicated.
Doves Farm shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.
In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we won't be able to cover for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problem, as soon as you become concerned and within 24 hours of delivery for damage or faulty goods.
If you leave an instructions for the courier where to leave parcel if you are not at home without signing for it you immediately waive your right to compensation if the item is damaged or stolen as it isn't possible to guarantee its integrity after delivery.
This website is only for delivery of products to customers within the UK and Europe. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.
We may from time to time at our discretion send you relevant Marketing literature.
We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All prices are shown in £ sterling and exclude VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.
Out of stocks
If an item is not in stock when we process your order we will process the remaining items so that we get your order to you as soon as possible. If an item isn’t in stock it will need to be the subject of a fresh order which complies with all our terms and conditions.
Returns and refunds
Doves Farm are committed to making high-quality produce that we’re sure you will enjoy. Please make sure that you check your items carefully before they are purchased. We also recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.
Upon a successful order you will receive an order acknowledgement email. When your order is accepted you will then receive another email confirming your order. You are able to cancel your order via email at any point, until it has been confirmed by a confirmation email.

Product information, dietary flags, photographs, and pack sizes are all for illustrative purposes and general advice. Though we believe them to be correct they cannot be guaranteed. From time to time recipes, packaging, dietary classifications and ingredients vary and change and we may not always be as up to date as we would like them to be, so please always check the details on the packaging before using. It is especially important to check suitability for special diets and if there is a possibility of an allergic reaction.
Products sold through our internet shop are sold according to the description on the website and without a certificate of conformance,
Customers must take the necessary tests to ensure that products are suitable for their manufacturing requirments rather than relying on information supplied.
Please contact your doctor directly if you have any doubts concerning the nature of product ingredients or if you suspect that you may be allergic to the ingredients.
We will endevour to dispatch our products with a good shelf life however if shelf life is a concern then please contact us, prior to purchase, to establish the what kind of shelf life we can provide.

Doves Farm want to provide you with 100% satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy or wish to cancel your order just send us an email before your confirmation email is received. We will not be able to accept cancellation after this point due to our produce being perishable and in-line with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We will help to arrange return of the goods, if there is something wrong, on a case by case basis.
Doves Farm Distance Selling Regulations:
The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 are designed to protect customers who are not physically present with the seller at the time of purchase. If you have ordered by telephone or internet, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a statutory right to cancel your order and receive a full refund for any home delivery item (excluding those ordered in-store). This does not apply to, items that due to their nature cannot be returned; perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers and periodicals/magazines), items personalised or made to your specification; audio/video recordings or software that you have unsealed;
As such under the regulation once an order has been despatched cancelation or refund policy doesn’t apply as we only supply perishable goods, however, if a problem does arise, eg.an order isn’t wanted, Doves Farm will do what we can to appease our customers.
